|Strained Tomatoes 200g||50 ml|
|Garbanzo beans||1 cup|
|Ground pepper||1/2 tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 tablespoon|
|Roasted bulgur||50 gr|
|Sumac powder||1/2 tablespoon (optional)|
Cook bulgur till well done. Combine cooked bulgur, Pomì strained tomatoes, garbanzo beans, ground pepper, parsley, and sumac powder and mix well. Season with fresh lemon juice.
