Our journey begins in January, when experts from the Agronomic Department select the seeds and varieties of tomatoes that could meet our standards in terms of flavor and substance.
Only Italian tomatoes, GMO free!
The selected seeds – strictly GMO free – are cultivated from February to April in the nurseries of the Casalasco Consortium.
Pomì supply chain: any shorter is impossible!
The fields are located right next to our factory. This helps relations and constant dialogue with the farmers and it allows us to develop innovative projects under the flag of agriculture that is always more sustainable from an environmental standpoint but also from a human, social and financial perspective.
We pamper our plants!
Our specialized agronomists follow with dedication the work of the farmers, monitoring together all the steps of development of the plants: growth, blooming, ripening and harvesting – up to delivery to the processing plants, to ensure a safe and high-quality product.

When the tomato season reaches its peak, in July, the entire Consortium turns into an extraordinarily dynamic world: farmers, workers, production personnel, staff from our Quality Control and Food Safety Office work together to achieve the requirements that characterize Pomì’s products: goodness, simplicity and genuineness.
Harvested and immediately processed!
The best tomatoes are selected and processed within a few hours from harvesting, ensuring a super-fresh product with perfectly whole organoleptic characteristics.
