Ingredients (3 people)
  • Fresh parsley q.b.
  • Garbanzo beans 1 cup
  • Ground pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • Roasted bulgur 50 gr
  • Sumac powder 1/2 tablespoon (optional)
Preparation

Cook bulgur till well done. Combine cooked bulgur, Pomì strained tomatoes, garbanzo beans, ground pepper, parsley, and sumac powder and mix well. Season with fresh lemon juice.
