Ingredients (3 people)
- Fresh parsley q.b.
- Garbanzo beans 1 cup
- Ground pepper 1/2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil 2 tablespoon
- Roasted bulgur 50 gr
- Sumac powder 1/2 tablespoon (optional)
Preparation
Cook bulgur till well done. Combine cooked bulgur, Pomì strained tomatoes, garbanzo beans, ground pepper, parsley, and sumac powder and mix well. Season with fresh lemon juice.
