Nutrition determines our physical and mental health. "We are what we eat", said the German philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach in 1800. Regardless, it must not become an obsession. Each person must find his or her balance to avoid excessive sacrifices or comfort food! At Pomì, we "live in nature, with nature, of nature" and this relationship has taught us 10 simple rules that we want to share! There are no "good" or "bad" foods, only bad habits that we can change, never to give up on the great pleasure of cooking.
